CHED is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and Ghana Cocoa Board’s internal data governance standards.

- Information submitted through farmer support forms, training registrations, or programme enquiries
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information
- Usage statistics for service improvement

CHED uses collected information to:
- Provide extension services and respond to enquiries
- Support CODAPEC, Hi‑Tech, and other CHED programmes
- Facilitate training, field operations, and stakeholder engagement
- Improve digital communication and service delivery
- Ensure security and prevent misuse of CHED digital platforms
Data Sharing
CHED does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with:
- Ghana Cocoa Board departments where operationally required
- Government agencies when mandated by law
- Service providers supporting CHED digital operations
