Our Departments
Explore the organizational structure and the various departments working together to support cocoa farmers across Ghana.
Technical Department
Technical is made up of 5 departments namely: Cartography, Operations, Extension, Monitoring & Evaluation, and CODAPEC/HITECH.
Accounts Department
The Accounts department is made up of five (5) units: Salaries, Cash Office, Claims, Stores, and Procurement.
Human Resource Department
The mission of the Human Resource department is to attract, develop, motivate and retain the right mix of talent and superior workforce for CHED through effective state-of-the art systems and processes for the achievement of corporate objectives.
Information Systems Department
The Information Systems department manages the IT infrastructure of the company. The department also delivers effective levels of service and support to the business for on-going operational services, new services and projects and also manage the hardware and software assets and ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
Audit Department
The Audit department exists to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services to protect, add value and improve the operations of CHED. The department performs pre-audit and post audit activities with much emphasis on the latter.
Estates Department
The Estates Department is in charge of the infrastructure of the company in addition to the office equipment including but not limited to the desks, chairs and cabinets.
