The Department is responsible for collating data on field operations and also developing appropriate management information to support CSSVD control, rehabilitation and extension activities.
The new cocoa extension was launched in 2010 as the cocoa extension public-private partnership (CEPPP). Information Systems Department
The information technology department manages the IT infrastructure of the company. The department also delivers effective levels of service and support to the business for on going operational services, new services and projects and also manage the hardware and software assets and ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
Internal AuditThe internal audit department exists to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services to protect, add value and improve the operations of CHED. The department performs pre-audit and post audit activities with much emphasis on the latter.

The procurement unit is responsible for every procurement as well as management of contracts of the Division. Other activities include, acquisition of goods.
