Cartography
The Department is responsible for collating data on field operations and also developing appropriate management information to support CSSVD control, rehabilitation and extension activities.
Functions
Extension
The new cocoa extension was launched in 2010 as the cocoa extension public-private partnership (CEPPP). The new system operates under the principle of lean staff members who are professionally trained and highly qualified and motivated to provide cost-effective and efficient cocoa extension services to business-oriented farmers ready to demand services and be owners of cocoa extension.

Accounts
The Accounts department is made up of four (4) units, namely:Human Resource
The mission of the Human Resources division is to attract, develop, motivate and retain the right mix of talent and superior workforce for CHED through effective state-of-the art systems and processes for the achievement of corporate objectives.
Information Systems Unit
The information technology department manages the IT infrastructure of the company. The department also delivers effective levels of service and support to the business for on going operational services, new services and projects and also manage the hardware and software assets and ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
Internal Audit
The internal audit department exists to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services to protect, add value and improve the operations of CHED. The department performs pre-audit and post audit activities with much emphasis on the latter.The vision of the department is “To be a driver of innovative change in the management of governance, risk and control issues whilst striving to be the best in class audit.

The procurement unit is responsible for every procurement as well as management of contracts of the Division. Other activities include, acquisition of goods.
